Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

WarmGTM exists to help teams reach people who are already showing interest — not to enable spam. This Anti-Spam Policy sets out the standards every customer agrees to when using our outreach features.

1. Our Commitment

WarmGTM is built around Social Signals: outreach is meant to follow real, observable interest, not indiscriminate blasting of cold, static lists.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use WarmGTM to:

  • Send bulk, unsolicited messages unrelated to any genuine social signal or business relationship;
  • Use deceptive subject lines, sender information, or message content;
  • Contact people who have opted out, unsubscribed, or explicitly declined further contact;
  • Harvest or purchase contact lists for use with the Service; or
  • Exceed the platform-safe sending limits configured to protect connected accounts.

3. Consent & Legitimate Interest

Outreach sent through WarmGTM must be based on a legitimate business interest or applicable consent, consistent with the laws that apply to your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR direct-marketing rules where relevant.

4. Opt-Out Handling

Any request to stop contact must be honored promptly. Do not re-add or re-contact a prospect who has asked not to be contacted.

5. Platform Safety Limits

WarmGTM enforces daily action limits per connected account to reduce the risk of restrictions from third-party social networks. Attempting to bypass these limits, including through multiple accounts or third-party tools, is a violation of this Policy.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received spam or abusive outreach sent through WarmGTM, contact abuse@warmgtm.com with details, including the message and sender if available.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account, in addition to any remedies available under our Terms of Service.
