These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WarmGTM (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. The Service

WarmGTM provides tools to detect Social Signals across professional social networks and to run outreach campaigns based on that intent, including AI-assisted comments and direct messaging features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions performed via connected social accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messages, or otherwise violate our Anti-Spam Policy;
Violate the terms of service of any connected social network;
Attempt to circumvent platform-safe sending limits or automation safeguards;
Scrape, resell, or misuse data obtained through the Service beyond your own legitimate outreach; or
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

WarmGTM and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, design, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or generate through the Service.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of those networks through WarmGTM remains subject to their own terms of service, and we are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmGTM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, including violations of our Anti-Spam Policy, or for non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
